接线点热缩

(3)热缩管热缩均匀,与电线及端子贴合,热缩后胶面、热缩管、端子、电线间不能有可视的间隙;热缩管及线皮不得有烤焦或未热缩到位现象;
(4)若采用单边接线,接线后的热缩管无线一端至少预留 1cm;
(5)热缩应合理安排两端线径,两端线径截面积多线一端的外径小于少线侧的 3 倍外径。如少线侧为 1 平方电线,多线一侧最大为 3 平方电线,若大于此规格应进行调整,确保热缩管热缩质量。
